Position Overview
Quality Service Company is seeking a proven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our residential sales team and Home Solutions Advisors. This role is responsible for driving HVAC replacement and add-on sales, coaching advisors in the field, managing leads and dispatch efficiency, and ensuring monthly revenue and margin goals are achieved.
This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who understands HVAC systems, in-home sales, and how to build a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage HVAC sales operations and Home Solutions Advisors
- Coach, train, and develop advisors on HVAC replacement, IAQ, accessories, and financing options
- Ensure monthly HVAC sales, margin, and closing-ratio targets are met
- Review and approve all HVAC sales proposals (sold, pending, and lost)
- Assist advisors in the field on complex or high-value HVAC opportunities
- Conduct ride-alongs with Home Solutions Advisors at least twice per month
- Set and enforce HVAC sales processes, pricing standards, and best practices
- Track and analyze HVAC sales metrics including average ticket, closing rate, and lead sources
- Collaborate with installation, service, and marketing teams to maximize lead conversion
- Lead HVAC sales meetings and ongoing product and accessory training
- Support customer resolution, collections, and post-sale concerns
Required Qualifications
- 3 years of HVAC sales or HVAC sales management experience
- Strong understanding of residential HVAC systems and in-home sales processes
- Proven ability to coach and develop HVAC sales professionals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills
Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm
