Quality Service Company, LLC is seeking a Plumbing Operations Manager to take full ownership of our plumbing service department and commercial plumbing projects. This role combines service leadership, commercial project management, and field execution under one authority-driven position.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who leads from the front, holds teams accountable, and drives performance in the field and the office. This is not a desk-only position.

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm

What You'll Own
Full ownership of plumbing service operations, productivity, and profitability
Leadership of service technicians, foremen, and commercial project teams
Commercial plumbing projects from estimate through closeout
Job costing, margins, change orders, and financial performance
Field execution including layouts, coordination, quality control, and safety
Training, accountability, and performance standards across the department
What We're Looking For
10 years commercial plumbing field experience
Strong service and install background
Proven leadership and management experience in plumbing or trades
Deep knowledge of plumbing codes and best practices
ServiceTitan experience required
Decisive leader comfortable setting expectations and driving results
Strong communicator with crews, customers, and ownership
Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening
