Customer Service Representative
We are a small family owned local business who is growing and want you to come with with use. We are looking for someone with an optimistic energetic personality who is exceptional on the phone with our clients, supportive to the field technicians and a team player in the office.
Job Duties include:
- Coordinating with clients, team members and service technicians
- Scheduling and managing service team routes
- Providing as-needed support to technicians and other team members
- Assisting Owner with daily tasks.
- Scheduling Job inspections/service visits in a strategic manner throughout the Westchester County and surrounding areas.
- Corresponding with clients via phone, email or text
- Collaborating with Clients and Insurance carrier to obtain work order related Insurance certificates
- Weekly Payroll and monthly bank reconciliation.
Skills:
- Must have scheduling/dispatching skills or exceptional knowledge of the Westchester County towns, cities, road, streets, highways, parkways, etc. Must be able to effectively route technicians when emergency calls come in and handle calling clients if technician's will be out of their scheduled window.
- Take initiative to solve problems independently, creatively and calmly.
- Effectively and respectfully communicate with internal and external team members in a variety of different formats
- Strategically manage time
- Multitask and quickly shift tasks to complete a variety of duties without letting anything fall through the cracks
- Organize and process information while also keeping track of physical items and projects to maximize productivity
- Maintain composure when things go wrong (sometimes things do go wrong, but hopefully not on your watch)
- Be prompt and prepared at all times
- Remember key details as multiple people make verbal, hand-written, and emailed requests throughout the day
- Work quickly, but accurately
- Have years of experience and proven successes in an administrative or managerial capacity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
