Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and complete assigned work including phone calls, messages, and emails, ensuring full compliance with company standards.
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person using approved communication scripts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and forms-especially the Plan of Operations and Outline of Procedures.
- Resolve moderate to complex policy issues or escalate appropriately, using scripted responses where applicable.
- Operate under moderate to high supervision while adhering to regulatory and service standards.
- Provide prompt, accurate information to policyholders with all messages and email inquiries responded to within 24 hours.
- Accurately document all interactions, maintaining clear and professional grammar, structure, and tone in both verbal and written communication.
- Process basic policy endorsements in line with company rules and scripting.
- Greet and assist visitors courteously while following office and communication protocols.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and offering guidance, including script usage and policy navigation.
