We have a great opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our awesome Facilities Team. This individual provides a wide range of maintenance services to all residents throughout the facility. The Maintenance 2 team member possesses a higher level of skill than Level 1 within a selected craft (i.e., HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and more) to sustain, maintain, and improve, the overall performance of the Facility Services Department.
This is a Full-Time benefit eligible opportunity with some weekend responsibilities.

- Competitive Compensation
- Prioritizing and completing work order requests while providingthe highest level of customer service possible
- Performingbasic plumbing, HVAC, painting, and/or carpentry tasks
- Troubleshooting and when possible, resolving electrical issues including, breakers switchgear, lighting, and other related work
- Troubleshooting and when possible, resolving HVAC issues including such things as air handlers, heating systems, domesticwater systems, chillers and compressors, energy recovery units, and other related work
- Performing installations and repairs to faucets,showers,drains, toilets and grease traps
- Qualifications:
- High School Diploma OR GED equivalent preferred
- College, vocational, or trade school training certificate in building maintenance or equivalent a plus
- 2 years’ experience in carpentry, electrical, HVAC, and plumbing preferred, but not required
- Licensed or willing to be licensed as a small water system operator
