What are the responsibilities and job description for the ATM/ITM Specialist position at Queensborough National Bank and Trust?
Supports the delivery of the ATM and Integrated Teller Machine (ITM) hardware in the Queensborough fleet. Troubleshoots hardware outages and works with service and maintenance providers to resolve. Balances machines and ensures adequate cash availability.
Essential Functions
- Download and distribute quarterly patches from NCR for ATM & ITM fleet.
- Assist Director of Digital Banking with new installs or relocation of existing machines.
- Works with vendors to ensure ATM servicing practices are maintained.
- Monitor the performance of ATMs by identifying problems and placing service-calls when necessary.
- Gathers information on cash position in ITMs, aggregates and provides transactional volume and fee data on ATMs.
- Assists with reconciliation of settlement and work-in-progress accounts.
- Resolve variances to ATM Cash Reconcilement.
- Tests applicable process and procedure work and collaborates with team members to suggested process efficiencies.
- Processes all transactions accurately and within the prescribed time frame meeting Operations Service Level Agreements
- Review Daily ATM Cash and Check Deposits.
- Review and Process ATM Depository Errors and Network Adjustments in accordance with Regulatory and Bank Policies.
- Update ATM Transaction Analysis Report Monthly.
- Assist with processing and research of ATM and debit card disputes in accordance with Reguation E guidelines.
- May be crossed trained in other areas of Operations/EFT related functions.
- Performs other duties as assigned
Experience
Required- 1 year(s): Familiarity with banking terms, products, and Bank Regulatory Guidelines
- 1 year(s): Banking or bank operations experience
- Working knowledge and experience with EFT and/or ATM procedures
