Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Annandale, VA (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM). The Director of Sales and Marketing is responsible for generating client leads through a variety of marketing strategies, with a primary focus on sending out mailers and creating marketing materials for the company. The role also involves researching information across multiple websites and maintaining organized records using Excel.

Compensation
This position offers a base salary of $52,000, plus a 2% commission of the company's net profit on employee acquired deals. (Example: $50K profit on one deal to QHB from employee acquired lead = $1000 commission). *The commission is awarded based on the employee serving as the initial point of contact with the lead, and is not influenced by their performance or involvement related to closing the deal. On average, you can easily acquire 3-5 leads a day, and we typically close on 1 out of 10 of those acquired leads*
Please Note
This is a home office in Annandale, VA; the house was specifically built to include a fully equipped office space, completely separated from the residential space. The office area features individual office rooms for each team member, a dedicated conference room, and a kitchen for lunch breaks.
