Salary: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour, Salary commensurate with experience

Responsibilities
General Data Entry / Document Scanning & Filing / Organizing / Tracking
Answer phone calls & take messages
Organize and Monitor office, janitorial, breakroom supplies
Keeping lobby area, conference room, break room area clean, neat, and organized
Run errands and transport documents, small packages throughout the city
Assist project team to prepare and process construction documents
Receiving, warehousing, distribution, and maintenance operations
Work with field team leaders on materials and tools, place orders with vendors
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year experience as office admin or similar position
Must be comfortable working with Gmail, Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel
Must have great communication skills with professional phone and email etiquette
Must be detail-oriented and have organizational skills, time management, and be able to multi-task under pressure
Must have valid driver's license, access to reliable transportation, and comfortable driving to various jobsite locations throughout the city.
Experience With Construction Company A Plus.
Experience using pdf editors such as Adobe Acrobat Pro is A Plus.
