Job Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Report to the administrative lead or office manager for daily updates, accomplishments, and any issues requiring attention.
- Handling of Accounts Payable for all assets
- Handling and processing of all credit card receipts
- Manage daily administrative tasks, including answering phones, data entry, and organizing documents.
- Assist in project management by tracking equipment and inputing the information in our system.
- Liaise with vendors and clients, providing excellent customer service.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.)
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Bilingual is required (English/Spanish)
