Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Data entry for project information and ensure file organization based on office protocol
- Answer Phones
- Subcontract work orders
- Purchase orders
- Performs all aspects of Accounts Payable function including timely vendor invoice entry and obtaining invoice approvals.
- Ensure paperwork from vendors is complete and meets requirements
- Assist project managers
Qualifications
- Accounting experience
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
