Case Coordinators for the Rapid Response team play a pivotal role in providing immediate assistance and support to individuals experiencing addiction and mental health crises. This position requires a combination of crisis intervention skills, case management expertise, and a compassionate approach to effectively assess, de-escalate, and coordinate appropriate services for individuals in crisis situations.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, counseling, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in crisis intervention, case management, or a related field.
- Experience working in rapid response or emergency services preferred.
- Relevant licensure or certification preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for community-based work.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts as needed.
- CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
