About the Role: We’re looking for a Product Manager with 3–7 years of experience to lead the development of our full-stack platform capabilities of RadiantGraph’s healthcare engagement platform. You will work cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and key stakeholders to define product requirements, shape the roadmap, and ensure successful delivery of features that enhance engagement and drive measurable outcomes.

This role requires strong product intuition, technical fluency, and a proven ability to translate user needs into scalable software solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product roadmap for a key set of features within our consumer engagement platform.
  • Collaborate closely with full-stack engineers to scope, develop, and iterate on product features from concept to release.
  • Work cross-functionally with design, data, marketing, and customer teams to align product goals with user and business needs.
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and internal feedback sessions to inform prioritization.
  • Write clear and actionable product requirements and user stories.
  • Own sprint planning and execution in collaboration with engineering leads.
  • Measure and analyze product performance and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

  • 3–7 years of product management experience, ideally in a software or SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful B2C or B2B2C products, preferably with measurable user engagement outcomes.
  • Hands-on experience working closely with full-stack web engineering teams.
  • Background in user-experience, design or software engineering preferred
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to align diverse stakeholders.
  • Comfortable in a startup or high-growth environment; scrappy and execution-oriented.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-informed mindset. Familiarity with engagement metrics and lifecycle marketing tools is a plus.
  • Experience with consumer-facing platforms, particularly in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated domains.

Compensation Range: $160K - $200K
