Responsibilities:
- Drive the product roadmap for the eCommerce homepage, browse path, and PDPs, ensuring experiences are both inspirational and high-performing.
- Collaborate with design and engineering to build scalable solutions that support immersive product storytelling, campaign activations, and seamless customer journeys.
- Lead initiatives that integrate user-generated content (UGC) — including reviews, community photos, and customer contributions — directly into the PDP experience.
- Deliver social commerce features such as shoppable influencer content, styled looks, and editorial integrations that enhance product discovery and drive engagement.
- Optimize digital surfaces to support strategic merchandising priorities, seasonal narratives, and brand storytelling across all devices.
- Use data and testing to continually improve KPIs such as conversion rate, bounce rate, engagement, and site speed.
- Partner cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including engineering, creative, brand marketing, and site merchandising to bring cohesive experiences to life.
- Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies in eCommerce, content commerce, and mobile-first experiences.
- Demonstrated experience leading customer-facing product experiences in a high-scale digital commerce environment.
- Proven success in shipping features that enhance the browse and product discovery experience while driving measurable business impact.
- Technical fluency and ability to collaborate closely with engineers on implementation strategies and scalable architecture.
- Strong ability to synthesize input from creative, technical, and business stakeholders into a clear product vision and execution plan.
- Passion for building experiences that bridge brand storytelling with intuitive shopping journeys.
