Description
To help create an exceptional experience for our guests throughout their dining experience. You will be taking and serving food and drink orders, while also resolving guest issues as they arise.
Responsibilities
- Prepare restaurant tables and pay special attention to sanitation procedures
- Knowledgeable in all areas of food, beverage, and service.
- Anticipate the guests’ needs and provide each guest a positive dining experience.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with your team.
- Report to work in professionally appropriate attire, presented neat and clean.
- Greet all guests in a friendly and positive manner.
- Ask questions of guests and make personal connection.
- Check section assignment and ensure all areas are set accordingly.
- Roll lunch/dinner silverware.
- Verify the accuracy of the bill and present it to the guests.
- Handle all cash and credit card charges by the standard operating procedure.
- Complete assigned shift duties.
- Run food and help others when needed.
- Other duties as requested by management.
Requirements
- Be 17 years or older
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds
- Stand for several hours
- Be able to multitask, listen and communicate effectivity.
