Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Triage
Location: Old Street Road Peterborough, NH 03458
Duration: 13 weeks (with possibilities of extension)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 5x8 hr shifts, 40 hrs/week -- Saturday scheduling possible; 8a-12p
Guaranteed Hours: 40
Pay Details:

For Travelers/Stipend Candidates (If your permanent address is outside the 50 mile radius from the facility):
Blended Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $62.00
Blended Weekly Gross Pay Rate: $2,480.00
Minimum Hourly W2 Pay Rate: $26.30
Min. W2 Weekly Gross (Taxable): $1,052.00
Weekly Stipend (Non-Taxable): $1,428.00
OR
For Traveler 1099 Candidates:
Pay Rate on 1099 to the Candidate: $65.00
Weekly 1099 Traveler Pay Rate: $2,600.00
Overview:
Seeking a skilled RN to join a pediatric office setting. This role involves triage, patient education, care coordination, and leading clinical support staff. The RN will apply the nursing process to deliver safe, effective care and communicate with patients across all age groups—pediatrics required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Triage and provide phone-based nursing care (majority of time)
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Educate patients/families on medications, diagnoses, and care plans
- Collaborate with providers and clinic staff
- Supervise LPNs and Medical Assistants
- Maintain accurate documentation and reports
- Comply with all clinical and regulatory guidelines
Requirements:
- RN license (state-specific or compact)
- Pediatric experience required
- Triage/telephone experience (80% of time)
- Experience across all age groups
- Strong communication skills with patients and staff
- Clinic or medical office experience
Preferred:
- Critical Access Hospital background
