Customer Service Representative - BDC Lexus

The Rallye Motor Company, Long Island's premier luxury automotive group, has an immediate career opportunity in our Lexus Sales Business Development Center (BDC)! Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Supplementing the sales team by answering client inquiries in a timely, effective manner
• Scheduling sales appointments and logging appointments in E-leads. Taking note of any special client requests
• Promote current sales programs to clients
• Field phone and internet inquiries
• Work closely with sales representatives

SALES PAY RANGE: $50,000 - $65,000 (Range consists of hourly plus commission)

Requirements

• Previous automotive BDC or Call Center experience required
• Previous customer service experience & strong phone skills required
• Trainable in various computer systems
• Excellent verbal/written communication and organization skills
• Outgoing and patient personality with outstanding customer relations ability
• Professional personal appearance
