Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Manage reservations, including modifications and cancellations, using hotel management software.
- Respond to guest inquiries and requests promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction throughout their stay.
- Handle phone calls efficiently, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines.
- Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in accordance with hotel policies.
- Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests.
- Provide information about local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to enhance the guest experience.
- Address any guest complaints or issues with empathy and professionalism, escalating as necessary.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hospitality industry is preferred.
- Bilingual or multilingual skills are highly desirable to accommodate diverse guests.
- Familiarity with phone systems and hotel management software is a plus.
