Tayani Institute is seeking a dynamic, energetic and knowledgeable Optician to join our growing and thriving Ophthalmology / Optometry practice.
Our practice provides a broad of ophthalmology, optometry, optical and plastic surgery services. We are a high volume, fast paced practice offering competitive pay and benefits.
Job Responsibilities :
- Perform duties in the optical department and provide good customer experience
- Perform all billing efforts of insurance plans for billable services / products in the vision plans
- Learn NextGen Optical Management software and perform routine tasks such as sales, billing and inventory
- Manage product inventory and report discrepancies immediately to your manager
- Saturday coverage in the Optical Dept. as needed
- Assist with marketing plans within the Optical Department
