DC Team Leader

Position Summary

We are seeking a Team Lead to support the picking department and supervisory staff in maintaining work-flow with a focus on safety, quality, production, and attendance.

Essential Job Functions

• Monitor work-flow, production, quality, and safety standards.
• Prioritize assignments within the department.
• Bring associate issues to the attention of Human Resources or the department supervisor.
• Fill in as needed on the production floor or in a supervisory capacity.
• Perform duties outside of normal responsibilities when required.
  
  
  

Education/License Requirements

Highschool Completion / GED or equivalent

General Experience Requirements

Previous warehouse experience preferred

Skills, Knowledge, Abilities

• Requires decision making using standard methods, guides, and procedures.
• Must be able to periodically act independently based on past precedent.
