Responsibilities:
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks as required
- Provide technical explanations to customers about their vehicles
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships
- Demonstrate physical dexterity for maintenance tasks
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Conduct final checks on vehicles for safety and job completion
- Collaborate closely with pit technicians for efficient task completion
- Share knowledge with team members to enhance performance
- Be knowledgeable about the products and services offered
Qualifications:
- Prior vehicle maintenance experience
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to read and comprehend technical information
- Valid TX Driver License
- Physical ability to perform maintenance tasks and lift moderately heavy items
