Summary

We are seeking a motivated Construction Laborer to join our team at Rapid Plumbing in California. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our plumbing projects by assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring that work sites are safe and organized. Your contributions will directly impact our ability to deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities

• Assist skilled plumbers with various tasks on job sites
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Load and unload materials and tools as needed
• Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
• Help with the installation of plumbing systems under supervision
• Perform basic repairs and maintenance as directed
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Participate in training sessions to enhance skills
• Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous experience in construction or labor roles is a plus
• Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Good communication skills and teamwork attitude
• Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced plumbers
• Drivers License
