Attorney - Labor & Employment

Labor and Employment Attorney in New York. This role is a perfect fit for an experienced attorney who is interested in joining an established law firm s labor and employment team. In addition, the firm also handles securities litigation, private equity, mergers and acquisitions, insurance, finance and labor and employment cases.

We are looking for:

• Law school class years 2017 through 2021 to join the labor and employment team
• Practice is primarily employer-side litigation, with some advice and investigations work as well
• Litigation is mostly class and representative actions, both wage and hour and discrimination, and experience in the class actions space would be helpful
• Three years in a peer law firm in the employment space would likely have requisite experience
