- Engage with customers via phone and email to confirm appointment times and gather necessary information.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain organized and up-to-date records of appointments, customer information, and estimator availability.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service or appointment setting preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
