Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data-driven strategic projects from analysis through execution, with ownership of business outcomes.
- Analyze market and industry data to shape go-to-market and growth strategies.
- Leverage internal workflow data to forecast operational throughput and identify automation opportunities.
- Collaborate with Engineering on prototyping AI models (e.g., outcome prediction, process optimization).
- Build and maintain a unified user interaction model to inform product roadmaps.
- Develop and iterate on external-facing data products and participate in high-impact client engagements.
- Define core data sources and metrics to support real-time decision-making across the business.
- Serve as a thought partner to the executive team, supporting key decisions that balance rapid growth with long-term sustainability.
