What are the responsibilities and job description for the HR Recruiter position at RCIL?
Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $40,014 - $44,850
Job Duties:
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Oversee the development and circulation of all job postings.
- Complete necessary paperwork for newly hired staff and internal transfers.
- Provide information on RCIL to potential applicants, other agencies, and the community.
- Attend all local job fairs and expos; routinely visit colleges for recruitment purposes.
Education:
- An Associates Degree in related field is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Two years of experience in Human Resources and/or Recruitment is highly preferred.
- Strong customer service, networking, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
