We convert aluminum scrap and by-products into reusable aluminum metal for a growing number of applications across various industries. - What you’ll start out doing?
- Learn our safety and quality procedures.
- Build a variety of skills related to processing and melting aluminum scrap, then transferring molten aluminum into molds.
- What to expect:
- This is a heavy industry environment with high safety and quality standards.
- You start training on day shift working 8 hr. shifts, M-F. Then transition to 12 hr. shifts, then to night shift on our 2-2-3 rotating schedule. This gives you a 3-day weekend off, every other week.
