Job Description :

We are seeking a reliable, alert, and professional Unarmed Security Guard to join our team at Real House Inc. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and security of residents, staff, and visitors while maintaining a calm and positive atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities :

• Monitor Premises : Conduct regular patrols of the facility and its surrounding areas to deter and detect suspicious activity or security threats.
• Access Control : Manage the entry and exit of residents, staff, and visitors by checking identification, maintaining sign-in logs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies.
• Surveillance : Operate security cameras and alarm systems, ensuring that any unusual activity is reported immediately to management or law enforcement as needed.
• Conflict Resolution : Use de-escalation techniques to address potential conflicts or disturbances between residents and visitors, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for everyone.
• Report Incidents : Document incidents, irregularities, or suspicious activities, and prepare accurate and detailed reports for management and law enforcement if required.
• Emergency Response : Respond quickly and appropriately to emergencies, such as medical situations, fires, or disturbances, while following safety protocols and procedures.
• Compliance : Enforce facility rules, policies, and regulations in a fair and consistent manner to maintain order and safety.
• Provide Support : Assist with resident inquiries, help with logistical needs, and provide general support to staff and visitors as needed. Assist Residential Workers when needed.
