Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Project Architect to join our team. The Project Architect will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural design and project management from inception to completion. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and technical expertise.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Lead and manage architectural projects from concept design through construction administration
- Develop and present design concepts to clients
- Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors
- Prepare and review drawings, specifications, and documents
- Conduct site visits and inspections as needed
- Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Mentor and guide junior staff members
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture
- Licensed Architect
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design and project management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
