Lead Brand Designer - Remote (North America/Europe) High-Growth Design Studio | AI & Web3 Focus

The Opportunity: Join a team of accomplished designers, engineers, and artists working with some of the most exciting ventures in emerging technology. The ideal candidate will take ownership of brand design initiatives while mentoring team members and maintaining strong client relationships.
Core Responsibilities:
- Spearhead brand design projects from conception to delivery
- Own client communications and project management
- Provide mentorship and guidance to team members
- Develop comprehensive visual languages including illustrations, icons, typography, and animations
- Partner with UX teams to ensure cohesive brand experiences across marketing and product
- Drive brand evolution through continuous iteration and refinement
The Ideal Candidate Has:
- 4 years of experience (6 preferred) in brand design
- A stellar portfolio showcasing sophisticated brand and visual design work
- Experience working in or with fast-paced agencies or venture-backed startups
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Expertise in Figma and industry-standard design tools
- Self-motivation balanced with collaborative spirit
- Ability to articulate design decisions and engage in constructive critique
- Illustration or graphic design capabilities (bonus)

Compensation & Benefits:
