Family Medicine Physician Opportunity in Fosston, MN

This is a permanent, full-time opportunity for a family medicine physician to join our team at RecruitWell in Fosston, Minnesota.

Clinical Role & Schedule

• FTE: 1.0 FTE = 36 patient contact hours/week (or 32 patient contact hours/week including inpatient work)

Our clinic is open Monday-Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, with Saturday walk-in hours from 9:30 AM - 12:00 PM. We see an average of 18-20 patients per day and perform 1-2 procedures daily.

• Call Schedule:

• Primary Call: 3-4 days/month (includes weekdays, weekends, holidays)

• Back-Up Call: 8-10 days/month (support for ED provider)

Inpatient & ED

• 50-bed Critical Access Hospital

• Average census: 8

• Covered by local physician teams

• ED Volume: 8-12 patients/24-hour shift

• Connected Campus: Clinic, Hospital, Nursing Home & Assisted Living all located on one campus

Location & Outreach

• Home Base: Fosston, MN

• Potential Outreach: Oklee & Bagley clinics

• Nearby Cities:

• 40 mins to Bemidji

• 1 hr to Grand Forks

• 3 hrs to Winnipeg
