GP Locum

Join our team of experienced and engaged Primary Care providers in Graceville, Minnesota. We are seeking a Family Medicine physician to join our campus located on the waterfront of East Toqua Lake.

Role and Responsibilities

As a Family Medicine physician at this clinic, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care as part of a collaborative Care Team. Your role will include:

• Providing comprehensive medical care to patients, including routine check-ups, preventative care, and treatment of acute and chronic illnesses.
• Working collaboratively with other healthcare team members, such as advanced practitioners and nurses, to achieve patient care objectives and provide continuity of care.
• Participating in call rotation, covering weekdays and weekends, to include Inpatient/ED/Nursing Home Coverage.

Our campus offers a unique opportunity to work in a continuum of care setting, with services including AL, SNF, Home Health, RHC, and CAH, all on one campus.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must be a BC/BE Family Medicine physician with excellent communication and teamwork skills. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and have a strong commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Work Environment

Our clinic is staffed six days a week, with a clinic provider offering on-call care on Sundays and holidays. The work schedule includes 32-36 patient contact hours per week, plus call rotation. Clinic patients average 12 per day, making it an ideal opportunity for physicians who value a good work-life balance.
