Red Jacket Resorts, Cape Cod’s premier resort and hospitality company, is seeking motivated candidates for the position of Overnight Front Desk Agent.
The Overnight Front Desk Agent is focused on providing efficient service and creating memorable experiences with a positive attitude with all our Guests. In this position, you will have a direct impact on the overall experience of our hotel Guests and be responsible for ensuring 100% satisfaction.
The Overnight Front Desk Agent must maintain a knowledge of hotel features, services and hours of operation, room types, numbers, layout, décor, appointments, and locations.
You will also be knowledgeable about room rates, special packages and promotions and maintain daily house count and expected arrivals/departures and work with scheduled group and kids’ activities.
Excellent problem-solving and empowerment skill set. The Overnight Front Desk Agent duties include;
- Checking in/out guest in accordance with company standards
- Verifying all account postings and balances
- Preparing a summary of cash, check, and credit card activities.
