JOB TITLE: Shipping Clerk
DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing
LOCATION: Ogden, TX

Red River Brick is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our manufacturing facility in Ogden, TX. Red River Brick is a subsidiary of General Shale Brick, North America’s largest manufacturer of clay bricks and other masonry materials.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for printing load tickets for outbound loads
- Receiving and checking all inbound material following audit guidelines
- Provide assistance in Inventory accuracy
- Provide customer service
- Computer skills needed to perform all of shipping, receiving, CPU, RMA, IC and all other orders that part of the daily transactions
EDUCATION:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Associates Degree preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 2-3 years customer service experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Oracle & SAP experience a plus
- Self-motivated with a strong commitment to safety, health, and quality
SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- General computer skills with Microsoft word and excel
- Communicate with sales and truck drivers
- Must be willing to learn all processes of the planet and functions of all departments
- Will require flexibility, weekends, and nights when needed to fulfill shipment requirements
