SUMMARY OF JOB
Answer phones in the Central Scheduling Department in a professional, courteous manner. Pre-registers patients for services ensuring all demographic and insurance information is correct. Schedules patient appointments for service requested. Completes online appointment request process. Completes insurance verification for all scheduled patients.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma/GED required. Must provide proof of education.
