What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Care Aide position at Redeemer Health?
The primary purpose of this position is to assist residents with personal care, daily activities, dietary and housekeeping tasks, and other related functions as assigned by the Care Partner - LPN .

Personal Care incorporates two philosophies - safecare and resident centered care. Our goal is to ensure that the wholistic needs of our residents are met through utilizing the skills of the different staff by focusing on the resident centered experience.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS:
- High School diploma or equivalent, or CNA certificate. Must be over 18 years of age.
- First-aid/CPR certificate
- Successful completion of Personal Care Assistant Competency Testing.
- Flexible with scheduling.
- Ability to work on a team, addressing the holistic needs of the Geriatric population
- Demonstrates positive communication skills and ability to relate to staff in professional manner; able to relate to all levels of staff.
LICENSE AND REGULATORY REQUIREMENTS:
CNA certification if applicable
