SUMMARY OF JOB
In direct supervision by the Registered Nurse. Responsible for clerical duties and coordination of indirect patient care on the residential unit. Performs as a resident advocate utilizing effective communications with residents, families, physicians and departmental staff.
RECRUITMENT REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma/GED required. Must be able to provide official proof of a diploma or an official transcript
Previous health care experience preferred
Excellent organizational skills
Computer literacy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Availability for alternating shifts
