What are the responsibilities and job description for the Multimedia Content Coordinator position at Redemption Psychiatry?
Overview:
- The Multimedia Content Coordinator (MCC) is the primary contributor to the creation and distribution of media assets. This includes creating content (podcasts, graphics, photos) for social media, distributing this content across platforms and monitoring its success, designing ads for both digital and print campaigns, and other related tasks as directed by the DoMR. As part of the Marketing team the MCC works primarily with the DoMR and Web Master to maintain and publish digital content, while supporting physical marketing endeavors conducted by the Marketing Liaison with graphics for banners, posters, etc.
Main Responsibilities:
The MCC works as part of the Marketing department under the direction of the DoMR. The primary focus is to grow digital community engagement that results in increased new patient volume.
Their responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Youtube, and other social media profiles
- Video and Audio Production
- Edit and assemble video content (ads, shorts, patient testimonials, promotional reels, etc) in Premier Pro
- Clean up and mix audio (podcasts, voiceovers, event recordings) in Audition
- Graphic Design and Print Material Support
- Assist in the creation of graphics, pamphlets, digital ads, and other collateral using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Perform light animation (logo stings, lower thirds, etc) in After Effects or Animate
- Social Media Management
- Develop, schedule, and publish content regularly on aforementioned social media platforms.
- Monitor engagement, track KPIs, and deliver monthly reports
- Work with the DoMR to pitch and develop new content and media pieces and new digital ad campaigns.
Develop and maintain an appropriate library of marketing content in conjunction with the DoMR and Marketing team. Marketing materials should include:
- Brochures
- Cards
- Quick reference guides
- Website links
- Videos
The MCC will function as an integral part of the Marketing Team. The MCC should meet regularly with supervisors of each department to continuously provide and receive feedback so that they can update and improve the functions of their role.
Requirements:Requirements:
- A successful MCC must be able to familiarize themselves with Redemption Psychiatry, our history, our practice, our mission, and vision. They must have excellent organizational skills, sound judgement, and work well as part of the Marketing team but also be able to work independently.
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a digital content related position, and/or a degree in field relevant to digital media production
- Candidates who do not meet this criteria are welcome to still submit their portfolios for consideration
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Must possess superior written and verbal communication skills
- Ability speak, read, and write English fluently required
- Must demonstrate proficiency in the use of a Windows Computer and Adobe Creative Cloud products. In order of importance:
- Premier Pro
- InDesign
- Illustrator
- Photoshop
- Audition
- After Affects
- Related/ complementary Adobe apps as needed
- Ability to work independently and provide regular reports required
- Must adhere to HIPAA, HITECH, and Stark (Anti-kickback) guidelines at all times
- PC capable of running Adobe Creative Cloud products (preferred)
