Key Responsibilities:
Shipping & Receiving / Mailroom Duties:
- Receive, inspect, and document incoming shipments.
- Package and ship outgoing items according to company and carrier standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and internal departments
- Sort and distribute incoming mail.
- Maintain logs for deliveries and pickups.
- Ensure mailroom and safety supplies are stocked and organized.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment safely.
- Assist with data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and office supply orders.
- Help maintain a clean and organized office environment.
- Assist with coordination of facility services such as repairs, and vendor access.
- Monitor common areas and report facility-related issues.
- Help ensure compliance with safety and building procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or administrative training is a plus.
- 2 - 3 years of experience in mailroom, shipping/receiving, facilities, or administrative support.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate basic shipping equipment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
