About Us: RegalCare at Courtyard is a reputable skilled nursing facility committed to providing exceptional care to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team and work under the guidance of the Maintenance Director.

Job Description: We are looking a Maintanence to assist the Maintenance Director within our facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in skilled nursing environments and a strong background with Skilled Nursing Facilites DPH requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting to and working under the Director of Maintenance
• Perform routine maintenance tasks and repairs as needed
• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and facility policies
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and inventory
• Respond to maintenance requests promptly
• Participate in the on-call rotation for emergency maintenance needs
  
  
  

Requirements/Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing facility is a plus
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role
• Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Availability to participate in the on-call rotation
