Responsibilities :
Provide social media support for RSG faculty
Assist with logistical planning and execution for student organization special events, including luncheons, school functions, and guest speakers
Assist with Robertson School of Government events
Complete research and writing projects
Requirements :
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with an emphasis on Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience creating and posting content to social media sites including Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Knowledge of basic video editing software
Beginning graphic design knowledge a plus
Proficiency in operating standard office equipment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and compose letters, minutes, reports, and spreadsheets
Strong sense of initiative and a high level of efficiency in completing work with limited supervision
Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, and to use diplomacy and discretion regarding student information
Ability to meet deadlines
Ability to innovate for process simplification or improvement
High level of professionalism and courtesy
Attention to detail, with strong organizational skills
