The Senior Quality Assurance and Test Automation Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy and oversight of quality assurance for Technology. This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week.

The Senior Quality Assurance and Test Automation Manager will be responsible for the overall strategy and oversight of quality assurance for Technology. This position is intended to be onsite, now or in the near future. Associates will have regular work hours, including full days in the office three or more days a week.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manages teams responsible for Quality Assurance (QA) testing and automation processes and procedures
- Manages the direction and selection of frameworks, tools, setups, and strategies, with the support of the QA engineering team
- Oversees the testing, scalability, and capacity requirements, leads test planning and scripting, and establishes priorities and monitors progress and budget
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and fourteen (14) years of experience in quality assurance testing/automation and/or software development
- Bachelors degree and ten (10) years of experience in quality assurance testing/automation and/or software development
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Management, Statistics, Math, or related field
- Supervisory/management experience
- Experience creating, executing, and maintaining industry standard test automation frameworks as well as planning, estimating, and reporting automation testing activities
