The Position: We are looking for an Inventory Specialist to join our team!

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's Degree required

Essential Functions:

  • Receive, inspect and assemble all equipment; report any defected equipment
  • Fill orders for supplies and equipment as approved
  • Prepare supplies and equipment for delivery
  • Complete daily inventory reports and submit to management
  • Track all equipment in inventory system
  • Follow inventory control measures through min/max process
  • Maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion
  • Ensure that all paperwork is properly executed
  • Assist with loading for disbursement
  • Deliver and service products as needed
  • Perform other related tasks as required

  • Proficient computer skills
  • Ability to troubleshoot, repair, and set up complex power chairs
  • Ability to interact effectively with patients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, be detail oriented and organized
  • Ability to meet multiple competing deadlines
  • Required to be certified via internal certification process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
