As an Inventory Systems Analyst, you will oversee the technical aspects of our inventory management systems, ensuring they operate smoothly and efficiently.
Your Primary Responsibilities Include
- Optimize and Maintain Field Services Software: Enhance and sustain the performance of our inventory management software by regularly updating and improving it to meet evolving client needs.
- Support Field and Office Operations: Provide technical assistance to counting teams and office staff, ensuring effective use of our software during projects and troubleshooting real-time issues.
- Enhance and Test Software: Work with developers and stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features that address client needs and align with company objectives.
- Manage and Analyze Data: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data within our systems, crafting and validating SQL queries, and providing insightful analysis to support informed decision-making.
- Technical Support for Point-of-Sale (POS) Systems: Integrate and troubleshoot POS systems with our inventory software, automating data processes to enhance efficiency and reduce errors.

- Software Optimization: Maintain and enhance the performance of our inventory management systems.
- Operational Support: Effectively support field and office operations with reliable technical assistance.
- Software Enhancement: Successfully implement and test software updates and new features.
- Data Management: Ensure data accuracy and provide insightful analysis to support decision-making.
- POS Integration: Seamlessly integrate and troubleshoot POS systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver excellent technical support and foster trust with clients and team members.

- Other Requirements: Local to Kansas City or willing to relocate; ability to travel for critical projects.
