About the Role: Remitly is looking for a Growth Marketing Associate to support paid digital acquisition across the Americas region, with a focus on paid search campaigns. This is an ideal role for a marketer with 2 years of hands-on experience in paid media execution. You'll execute and optimize performance marketing campaigns to drive customer acquisition and business growth. We're seeking someone who is data-driven, likes to dive deep into the details, and eager to make a measurable impact. This hybrid position is based in Seattle, requiring 3 days a week onsite, and reports to the Growth Marketing Manager – Americas. You Will: Execute and optimize paid search campaigns to efficiently drive new customer acquisition. Own end-to-end campaign management — including builds, creative testing, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and budget management. Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to launch, monitor, and refine campaigns. Support A/B testing and experimentation to continuously improve performance. Analyze and report on campaign results to inform strategic decisions. Partner with Growth, Creative, and Analytics teams to align with broader marketing initiatives. You Have: 2 years of hands-on experience in paid digital marketing, specifically with paid search campaigns on Google Ads. (Bonus) Experience with other paid channels such as Apple Search Ads, Snapchat, or Reddit. Familiarity with conversion tracking, attribution models, and other key performance marketing concepts. Ability to identify opportunities and trends through data. Ability to dive deep in setup, execution, and reporting. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets. Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $69,000-$78,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
