Role Summary:
We’re looking for a Partnership Specialist to support the development and execution of external collaborations that drive user growth, brand visibility, and product innovation. You will assist in coordinating partnership pipelines, managing activation timelines, supporting negotiations, and aligning internal stakeholders—from marketing to product to legal—to deliver successful results.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on detail, takes initiative, communicates well cross-functionally, and has a passion for wellness, tech, and brand storytelling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day operations of RENPHO’s external partnerships, including wellness apps, fitness platforms, affiliate partners, and co-branded campaigns.
- Work closely with the global marketing team to manage outreach efforts, organize proposal decks, and coordinate calls and follow-ups.
- Draft internal briefs and maintain partnership trackers, timelines, and status updates across multiple projects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, App, Marketing, Legal) to move partnership deliverables forward.
- Help evaluate inbound partnership opportunities through competitive analysis, market research, and value-fit assessments.
- Support the execution of campaigns, events, and cross-promotional content launches with partners.
- Coordinate with creative and content teams to develop and deliver partner assets in a timely manner.
- Monitor and report on partnership KPIs and performance metrics; suggest improvements or pivots.
- Ensure brand alignment and consistency across all joint communications.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, marketing, or related fields.
- An existing network or established relationships with relevant partners (e.g. wellness platforms, fitness tech, health brands, etc.) is a strong plus.”
- Experience with consumer technology, wellness, or e-commerce brands is a plus.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized and proactive, with strong project coordination abilities.
- Comfortable juggling multiple deadlines and working in a fast-paced environment.
- A natural collaborator who can build trust and drive alignment across teams.
- Familiarity with digital platforms (e.g. Shopify, affiliate networks, CRM tools) is a bonus.
