Key Responsibilities You’ll Own:
Build Strategic Partnerships:
Identify and pitch Renpho products to customer-facing gifting platforms (e.g., Airline Loyalty Portals, Chase Offers, Amex Rewards) and employee perks programs (e.g., Corporate Perks, PerkSpot, etc).
Product Onboarding & Listing Management:
Manage the full onboarding process of Renpho products — from contract negotiation, price planning, and SKU setup to ensuring proper product descriptions, images, and seasonal placement.
Account Growth & Reorder Strategy:
Maintain and deepen relationships with existing partners, monitor sell-through data, and drive reorders or product refresh cycles to increase visibility and sales.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with internal logistics, product, and marketing teams to ensure stock availability, packaging compliance, and promotional campaign support for each partner channel.
Market Research & Competitive Benchmarking:
Stay up to date on competitor activity and new platforms in the corporate gifting and employee benefits space to identify growth opportunities.
Event Representation:
Represent Renpho at trade shows, gifting expos, HR benefit conferences, and private buyer events to build pipeline and brand exposure.
What We’re Looking For:
- Minimum 5 years in B2B strategic partnerships, sales, or corporate gifting/perks programs
- Strong network in the gifting/reward ecosystem (e.g., ULINE, 4imprint, PerkSpot, Maritz, Fond, or similar)
- Proven ability to land and grow partnerships with large organizations or platforms
- Self-starter mindset with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for wellness, health tech, or lifestyle products a big plus
