Position: Leasing Consultant
Responsibilities:
- Convert leads into community tours by following up with prospects and providing detailed information about the community and neighborhood.
- Achieve desired occupancy levels by conducting personalized and informative tours that result in new leases.
- Build brand loyalty and meet resident retention goals by ensuring a consistently stellar resident experience.
- Generate awareness and excitement through social media engagement.
- Work weekends (three to four per month) with two days off during the week to accommodate prospective residents.
Qualifications:
- Sales experience
- Proficiency in social media
- Excellent phone communication skills, both verbal and text
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Professional appearance
