Position: Director of Sales, Oncology – Community Hospitals
Territory: West Coast (including Tulsa, Dallas, St. Louis, San Diego, Lake Tahoe)
Salary: $300K–$350K base | Total Comp up to $450K

Overview:
We are seeking a high-performing Director of Sales with a strong background in oncology to lead and drive strategic growth across community hospitals on the West Coast. This role requires deep experience in oncology sales management, with a preference for candidates who have worked with 505(b)(2) oncology products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the oncology sales team targeting community hospitals
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies
- Drive growth in key markets including Tulsa, Dallas, St. Louis, San Diego, and Lake Tahoe
- Build and maintain relationships with hospital decision-makers and KOLs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including medical affairs and market access
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing oncology sales teams
- Strong understanding of 505(b)(2) oncology products and market dynamics
- Ability to travel frequently across the assigned territory
- Strategic thinker with exceptional communication and leadership skills
Compensation:
- Base Salary: $300,000 – $350,000
- Total Compensation: Up to $450,000 (including performance-based incentives)
