What You'll Do :

Be a Trusted Caregiver : Provide supervision and assist residents with daily living activities like personal hygiene, grooming, and medication administration.
Respond with Care : Monitor and address any medical or behavioral needs with compassion and professionalism, following established protocols.
Create a Positive Environment : Foster a warm, encouraging atmosphere by promoting social interaction, participation in fun activities, and skill-building opportunities.
Stay Organized : Keep detailed records of your observations, incidents, and interventions to ensure our residents receive the best care possible.
Work as a Team : Collaborate with case managers, healthcare professionals, and family members to deliver coordinated, comprehensive care.
Maintain Comfort : Ensure the living environment is clean, safe, and welcoming by performing light housekeeping duties and regular safety checks.

Qualifications :

A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Experience working with individuals with IDD or in a caregiving role is required.

A basic understanding of medical terminology and procedures, with a willingness to learn and follow healthcare protocols.
