What are the responsibilities and job description for the Post-Harvest Assistant position at Resinate, Inc.?
Resinate is looking for reliable candidates to work on our post-harvest team at our Douglas cannabis cultivation site. Ideal candidates will be familiar working in a manufacturing or agriculture setting and have a strong desire to process cannabis of the highest quality within a highly controlled environment. Post-Harvest team members will work on trimming, curing, and/or packaging of dried flower.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years of age and able to pass required background checks
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable with repetitive work
- Ability to follow operating procedures and work efficiently in a team setting
- Maintain a good attitude.
Physical Requirements: Candidates must be able to
- Quickly and safely use scissors or cutting blades for prolonged periods
- Sit for prolonged periods while performing tasks
- Ability to work with fresh, dried and/or processed products without negative allergic consequences.
- Must be able to safely move carts of dried or cured material
- Stand and walk to move material up to 25 pounds
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
